FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL PLAYER AND TEAM SKILL DEVELOPMENT
MODELS AND DISPLAYS RESPECT FROM PARENTS, PLAYERS, COACHES & REFEREES
MODELS GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, WIN OR LOSE.
EXHIBITS AND PROMOTES FAIR PLAY AND EQUALITY TOWARDS ALL PLAYERS REGARDLESS OF ABILITY
COMMUNICATES TO PLAYERS, PARENTS AND ADMINISTRATION IN A POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
RECOGNIZES INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION TO TEAM AND HIGHLIGHTS IMPROVED SKILL SETS
Each team, consisting of parents and players will be evaluating coaching from the points exhibited above. You do not need to vote for your own coach. Observations during practices, games and communications with other teams may be included in determining your assessment. A total of 30 points is attainable. A total of 5 points is awarded for each category. If possible Nancy Monaghan and David Monaghan will be present to award the winner.
