Welcome to the Rochester Youth Hockey Registration Information page.  We are eagerly anticipating our best season yet as Rochester's premier youth hockey organization.  

Rochester Youth Hockey has programs for all level of players from ages 3 through 18.    Below are our program offerings:

Empire Conference Program

RYH Empire Teams for ages from 7-18 compete in the competitive EAHC league in the greater Rochester Area.  Empire Conference Teams are selected based upon the registrations received and on ice evaluation sessions.  Mite Emipre teams will play in 14 EAHC League games and Squirt and above teams will play in 16 EAHC games.  Teams practice two times per week starting after Labor Day.
 

Travel Programs

Tier I and II Youth Travel Programs at the U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 Levels participating in the WNYAHL Travel Leagues.  Teams are selected during tryouts held each March, April, & May.  These programs are our highest level of competitive team play for youth ages 7 to 18. Quality competition, off-ice conditioning/practice programs, and the most qualified coaches offer enhanced player development.
