We are dedicated to promoting the sport of hockey through athletics, physical exercise and sportsmanship as well as to enhance the moral character and physical health of young boys and girls through organized athletic instruction and competition.
New for the 2020 - 2021 hockey season we will be offering a new regional training model for our 2007 and 2008 AAA teams. This new training model is used by many of the top Tier I programs in the country. The idea behind this training model is to shift the teams practices/training to the weekend which will allow elite players from across Upstate New York to be a part of these teams without requiring the stress of weekday commutes. It will also allow families to have the flexibility to attend additional skills training during the week with whichever training company they choose based around what fits their family schedule the best. More information will be available soon regarding these regional teams! If you would like more information about this model, please feel free to reach out to our hockey director Glenn Collins:

The Beast National division is the premier midget league in the country when it comes to exposure and commitments to NCAA schools. Every national beast program has countless amounts of committed kids from the league. The league includes showcases in which national division teams play each other to seed for the end of October playoff which is a win and advance format. This year our ROCO 18u team won the National division defeating Selects Academy in the final 3-1.
